  IRS-certified volunteers prepare and electronically file individual federal and Illinois state tax returns at no cost for eligible adults age 60 and older. 

 Helping Illinois seniors understand tax notices, filing requirements, available tax credits, and the federal and state tax filing process through educational workshops. Educational services only; no taxpayer representation is provided. 

  Workshops covering budgeting, retirement planning, tax basics, credit, fraud awareness, and financial wellness. 

 Helping protect Illinois seniors age 60 and older from IRS scams, identity theft, and financial exploitation. 

 Providing tax clinics, educational workshops, and community presentations in partnership with churches, senior centers, libraries, hospitals, and community organizations. 

 Join our mission by volunteering to prepare tax returns, assist with community outreach, provide administrative support, or help educate older adults throughout our communities.
